144 CMMC
Last updated: May 2026
144 ("we", "us") provides self-assessment and readiness software for CMMC / NIST SP 800-171 compliance. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Depending on how you use 144, we may process: account information (name, email, company, billing details handled by our payment processor); your assessment answers and implementation notes; and the metadata you enter into the evidence register — descriptions of your evidence and where it is stored.
144 is designed so that your Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) never reaches our systems. The evidence register records what a piece of proof is and where it lives in your own environment — it does not upload or store the files themselves. Please do not paste CUI into notes or other free-text fields.
We use your information to provide the service (generate your score, roadmap, and documents), to maintain your account, to communicate with you about the product and deadlines, and to improve the tool. We do not sell your personal information.
The free SPRS calculator runs entirely in your browser and stores your answers in your browser's local storage. Those answers are not transmitted to us unless you create an account and choose to save them.
Account data is stored with our infrastructure and payment providers using encryption in transit and at rest, with access controls and multi-factor authentication on administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the service at your own risk.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. You can use the free calculator without an account at all.
