144 CMMC
Last updated: May 2026
By accessing or using 144 (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
144 is a self-assessment and readiness tool for CMMC / NIST SP 800-171. It helps you assess controls, estimate your SPRS score, prioritize remediation, generate draft documents, and track where your evidence lives.
144 does not provide official CMMC certification, which can only be issued following an assessment by an accredited Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO). 144 does not perform technical remediation in your environment, and it does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Scores, roadmaps, cost and effort estimates, and generated documents are planning aids, not guarantees of any assessment outcome. You are responsible for verifying control point weights and requirements against current official sources before any submission.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for implementing the actual security controls in your environment, and for not entering Controlled Unclassified Information or other sensitive files into the Service. The evidence register is for references only.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you cancel your paid subscription, your account remains accessible for a 30-day grace period from the date of cancellation. You may reactivate at any time within that window to resume service with all of your data intact.
At the end of the 30-day period, your account and all associated data — including assessment answers, evidence references, organization details, uploaded logo, and authentication credentials — are permanently and automatically deleted from our systems. This deletion is irreversible. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts.
By creating an account you acknowledge and agree to this deletion policy. If you wish to retain a copy of your information beyond the 30-day window, you must export it from the Documents tab (SSP, POA&M, .csv) before that period expires.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of the Service will result in a passing assessment or certification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 144 and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of contracts, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
